The book in itself is fine but contrary to the description by Amazon it does not contains 62 pages as stated, it has only 55 pages and the ephemeris goes to 1999. The New edition of this book has 62 pages and the ephemeris goes up to 2200. The only place I could find it was on the Astro.com book shop for $29.95 plus shipping.Product details

Ivy Goldstein Jacobson was ahead of her time. She understood Lilith long before most astrologers started interpreting her in the natal, progressed and even transit chart. This is the best reference on Lilith, even today. Jacobson's books are now out of print. They are rare gems. Her free flowing easy to read and understand style makes her an excellent choice. She may use terminology that a beginner does not understand, but these are terms all astrologers (even today) use. Grab your notebook and google those you don't understand, then read on. It is well worth the time and effort. She gives amazing insight into the dark moon. Serious student, professional, or new but ambitious, this book is for you. I own all her published books, and I consider them among my most treasured possessions.
A somewhat serviceable introduction by one of the greatest horary astrologers in history, but Lilith is more positive than Ivy presents her here. Or can be more positive when used positively, creatively, objectively, and for universal good, rather than selfishly, uncreatively, unobjectively, and for personal gain, The best and most useful book by far on the Dark Moon LIlith is Delphine Jay's INTERPRETING LILITH. This book is a masterpiece. As a professional astrologer for 41 years who has interpreted the Dark Moon Lilith (far more powerful than the Black Moon or Asteroid Lilith) in the charts of over fifty thousand clients, and found it generally the most powerful thing in their charts when properly understood, in my opinion, unless you read the Delphine Jay masterpiece mentioend above, you will only have half the picture on LIlith. And LIlith is very well worth studying. After studying this Dark Moon Lilith very throughly for many years, I highly recommend the study of this vital astrological significator for all astrologers mentally, philosphically, and professionally capable of understanding her. She is irreplaceable in terms of understanding the greater depths of the human soul.
It seems like this publisher has a stock of book files and they just print on demand with a simple cover art.
Nothing wrong with that, I saw good reviews from the other reviewers on Goldstein-Jacobsons work.
However, Either I received a bad print or simply this book is printing bad for everybody, I received a book on Zionistic principles with only a Lilith Ephemeris in the back few pages. Its a small 63 page book and every other page is blank to increase page length. Something just dont seem right.
Ill update this review if I can work this out with the publisher. If not, then dont buy, purchase a better book on lilith.

If you're studying astrology to become a professional then get all of the Ivy Goldstein books you can. She didn't put out that many, so you can get them all if you look for them. In my opinion, she's the cream of the crop because her works are easier to understand. She covers everything in much smaller volumes and makes it easier to understand. Ivy's works are old and she's no longer with us, but the best is the best regardless and forever.

Very short book. Covers the subject. Well explained. This book is very short, more like a long article. The ephemeris is out-dated. Not many books out there on this subject.
